I am not sure if this white on his cheeks is normal or a fungus or something else, can someone please help me.

He is a 13 week old bantam.

Depending on the breed his normal ear lobe color may be white.  No picture is showing.  Do you know the breed?

I can't get picture to load but will there be pink under the white?

He is a Black Rosecomb, and that is a normal earlobe color for the breed.
