Hi! Just showing off my mottled Java pullets! Does anyone else here have this breed? I'm new to having these.. I have two of these and two speckled Sussex the same age, I love my Sussex girls! They are really people friendly and will even jump in my lap! The javas are really stand offish and a little slow lol but they are pretty and I saw that they are rare? I also read that they go broody a lot and don't live long?? Is this true? Can anyone who knows this Java breed give me some more info about them? Thank you in advance!!
