Something is wrong

Hi all!

I fear I have something happening in my coop and I am at a loss as to where to start looking.  In the past month I have lost 4 birds and one is on the way out as we speak.  Three of them have been older hens(4 years) and two have been very young and up to the point of death, very healthy chicks, both under 6 months of age.  They have all been wormed and have been treated for coccidiosis.  They just become very "tired" looking and just stand there,  they don't wobble or act weird in any way, just very tired.  It takes about two to three days and then they pass.  The hens have been on the same feed for over four years so I don't believe it in their feed unless they changed something in the feed.  I have something in to the maker of the feed now to double check.

Does anyone out there have any ideas as to where I should start to look for the answers?  I sure would appreciate it.

What does the comb look like? Sounds like mine died when they got dehydrated...

What has your weather been like? I have heat tolerant chickens but they need time to adjust. The last week here has been very hot and humid and they have been showing signs of not being happy. We needed to put another sun block over the coop, a fan inside, a water bath and electrolytes in their water for them to be perking up. Or could they have gotten into something they shouldn't have eaten? Are they pale?
