Appenzellers gender

Hi I have two just over four week old Appenzellers one gold and one silver they maybe be too young to sex at the moment but I thought I'd ask just in case anyone has any idea.

Anyway, for the moment, both look to be pullets. With this breed, it can be rather hard to tell. But the 2nd Spitz looks like a Gold to me rather than Silver.

My girls are both Silvers and they are black and white.

Gonna have to wait a few more weeks to know for sure. Spitzhaubens are one of those breeds that mature slowly. I myself have a batch of 7 week old chicks that are just now showing me who are boys.
 
Thanks for the replies - I have taken some more pictures now at five weeks and two days because they have changed a lot!

Second one

It's hard to see in the pictures but the first one has a much darker wattle than the second gold one. I don't know if It makes a difference but the first one was born about ten hours before the second one?
