Hello, I got 2 chicks today (they're less than a week old), and one of them is sneezing and breathing heavily, I don't know what's wrong, can someone help me please?

Air! Feed lots of water! wipe off beaks if congested?
Heat might be too high!!
heat should be at 20 degrees Celsius for chicks over a week old.

I'd suggest giving vitamin supplements / electrolytes in their drinking water ASAP and posting your question on the ER forum - https://www.backyardchickens.com/f/10/emergencies-diseases-injuries-and-cures

And at less than a week old, 20 degrees celsius is too cool for them... especially if they are sick...

I respectfully disagree... sneezing and labored breathing indicates respiratory distress... at that age, those are definitely not signs of a healthy bird...
