Beautiful baby! Breed and gender help?!?!?

I bought these babies from the same lady at Tractor Supply at a chicken swap. I would love some advice on breed and gender of these pretty babies.

I'm not sure of the breed, but they are both little cockerels.

Are they bantams? Look like Serama Cockerels to me....Do they have feathering on their legs?
