Chicken Dilemma

Hello! I'm in quite the dilemma. I ended getting a Cockrell out of the two chicks I got. I'm a first time chicken owner and I have one 8-9 week old pullet and another Cockrell the same age. We're going to have to sell the Cockrell soon. I got 2 new chicks they're currently 3 weeks old. The community that I live in is really strict on the animals you're allowed to have and sadly chickens aren't part of the list:( My Cockrell is getting really noisy and my family wants to sell him VERY soon. Will my pullet be okay by herself for a while while my chicks grow up? When/ What age should I introduce the chicks to her?

After a couple days being alone, she may appreciate friends so I'd try to introduce them soon. Lone chickens get a little crazy.
