chicken pecked baby turkeys eye out HELP

my 5 week old turkey pout got attacked by my evil attacking rooster a couple of days ago. I kicked him and told him to stop. Today i was out side and saw Garfield (they turkey poult) sitting down and i looked at him and saw blood all over the right side of his face and it appears that he no longer has a eye ball. Please help
 
Welcome to BYC. Bring the turkey poult inside in a crate. Wash his eye with saline or water, then dry it, and have a look. Apply some Terramycin eye ointment, Vetericyn eye gel or eye wash, or plain bacitracin or neosporin ointment to the eye twice a day. Many times with eye injuries, the eye can still be intact, but it may be hard to tell for a few days. If there is crusty drainage, you may need to repeat the saline wash. Let us know how he gets along.
