It says oxytetracycline, not Duramycin 10 or tetracycline. Easy to be confused. Glad you looked up the vitamin/electrolyte dosage.

After perking up and eating on her own last night my pullet in worst shape stayed the same all day today. I brought my other mouth breather in to be with her as I was afraid she was getting a little depressed, and mouth breather number two was being picked on pretty relentlessly by one of my cockerel's so I figured she could use the break (while hopefully recovering herself).

Several in the coop are still sneezing, I'm wondering what the likelihood of recovering from an URI is? And about how long I expect it should take? Is it is similar to a human cold that upwards of a week is normal?

I read ACV is good, should I be adding that to water or wait until everyone clears up? I also ordered some BOB to hopefully give everyone who survives an immune boost against future illness.

Seems she may have just needed a friend, and some inspiration. She's eating and drinking more enthusiastically than she did last night and even got up on her feet steadily to do so

Yes, it can take a week to see drastic improvements even when they are given antibiotics, other times is will be faster it all depends on how bad the infection is and how strong the bird is...

They do seem to like company which can get them to eat. Most chickens can recover from mild respiratory diseases, but most make the whole flock carriers for life. Infectious bronchitis, the most common respiratory disease, will only make them carriers for up to 1 year. Here is a good link about common diseases, their symptoms and treatment, that you may want to read. Look for infectious bronchitis, mycoplasma gallisepticum (MG,) coryza, ILT, and aspergillosis:
