Chicken Breed Focus - Serama

Pics
Today’s mail brought a new traditional Serama pair. First time I’ve ever had birds shipped to me. All went well, and they are settling in nicely. The little pullet’s tail is
pretty ratty, but they otherwise seem to be in good physical condition. The cockerel was pretty flighty. He is calming down and didn’t freak out last time I picked him up. Both quietly sat on my lap for a while tonight. They are 6-7 months old.

Has anyone had any luck with rehabilitating a Serama Hen with some aggressive tendencies. Marionette is on the larger side at around 17 to 18ozs. She's 12 months old. Her aggressive behavior is worse anytime she's anywhere in the broody cycle, which I understand is fairly common with many hens. She gives up being broody easily on an empty nest. Her behavior is 100% my fault and I admit that. I'm just so worried about her getting hurt while attacking feet. She's still quite affectionate a lot of the time and we love her deeply. I just want to keep her safe. Thank you
