Thread Starter
Hey everyone....new to the roost from Florida. First time chicken momma who inherited a rooster, and three hens from the previous owner. They are free range....low maintenance. ..and now we have babies. First egg hatched on May 29th.... and Fetty is faring well. 2nd egg on the 1st of June didn't make it. But the third has just started the hatching process. Any tips would be greatly appreciated because this is all new to me.

Welcome to BYC! I'm glad you joined us! :)

Hope the rest of your hatching goes well.

I set fire to the rain! Watch it pour as I, touched your face. Well it burn while I cried, because I heard it screaming out your name. And I threw us into flames. I knew that was the last time, the last time...I set fire to the rain! -Adele

Welcome to BYC :frow Are you hatching the eggs in an incubator? There is a wonderful thread on hatching going on over here:

Go pop in there and tell them what's going on, they'll be more than happy to help you (and probably talk you into hatching more, watch out! ;))
