Is coconut oil safe to use?

I want to try and make my own treats but wondered if I could use coconut oil to bind the treats together?

Coconut oil should be fine.

Where are you located?  Coconut oil is going to be liquid at anything above the low 70's.  Just a heads up as we head into summer.
