Should I be concerned?

Our very first chicken injury... Should I be concerned about this wound? It was a very thin cut (about as big as a paper cut). Happened late yesterday afternoon. It is healing, but is starting to have a bump.
 
I'm sorry for the delay in getting an answer.

You can apply some plain neosporin or vetericyn to the wound.
Keep watch for more swelling, oozing or pus.
If it starts to look questionable, you can soak her foot in a warm epsom salt bath to see if that helps reduce any swelling.

If it has gotten worse since your last post, please post another photo.

Thanks for your input. We cleaned the wound and applied neosporin. It looked about the same (as of last night), no swelling or oozing of any kind, so I feel like she's on the road to recovery. I will post another pic when I get home from work.
