So excited, my coop finally got finished (w/ the exception of the window flower boxes & an outside perch) over last weekend & my girls moved right in like they own the place

Thank you. The actual coop itself is 3.5'x8'x5'/4' tall depending on which end your standing on + the nesting boxes of which there are 8 add another 20"x8'. The outside screened area underneath is 8'x8'...8' tall in front of the coop.

Eventually. The coop will be moved (it has wheels thankfully) to the fully fenced yard on the side of the house which it's currently torn up due to fixing drainage issues (haven't lived here long & fixing problems). They've been in the coop a week tomorrow and they hang out happily in the run for 10hrs a day.

Thanks again. It really is quite nice. Basically looked at a lot of coops & picked the parts I liked best, built from there. Actually got the screen door, windows, perch poles & new vinyl floor from the habitat for humanity ReStore which was a major money saving score. Plus the coop is built like a real house so it's sheathed, wrapped and composite sided. The coop has its own roof with an air gap betwen it & the 45% uv cutting plastic composite roof that covers it and the run. My girls should be good for all seasons around here.
