How soon can I put Momma hen and her lone chick back with the flock?

I had a broody that hatched a lone chick. I separated her and the chick from the flock which is 1 rooster and 19 hens. The chick is now a week old and Mother hen is a fantastic parent and teaching the chick everything it needs to know. Mother hen is also very protective of her chick. The flock knows of the chick and views it and Mother hen while free ranging. I have fences up so they've all seen the chick. At what point can I take the brooder nest into the run or coop and integrate Mother and chick with the flock? I'd like to get my barn back! Thanks in advance for your responses!

I put mine together around 5 weeks when the chick was old enough to run fast if needed but second time added 2 incubator chicks at 3 weeks. I locked everybody else out for an hour or two each day for a couple of days so it with mum could learn the layout of the run and added some low things it could run under to hide from the other hens and a feeder they could access the big girls couldn't keep them from then just let them all in together.

They ignored the chick totally but really gave the mum hen a hard time. She was always the bottom of the pecking order so her new found mumma hen protectiveness really rubbed the rest of them the wrong way as they took it as her trying to move up the pecking order. Eventually it settled down around 8 weeks when she became less protective of the chick.
