Duckling with . . . . bent legs?

I suspect it needs niacin. Should a tape its legs? If so, How? It"s about a month old Runner.





 
This somewhat reminds me of what happened to one of my chicks once... She had splayed leg though which is totally different:

I believe you are right, your duck needs more niacin. How long has this been happening? If it has been going on for awhile it can become very painful. I would recommend niacin tablets but I don't think you need to brace it's legs.

Hope your duckling gets better soon.
 
We had to put her down. I later learned that it was possible to fix splayed leg with braces. It would have taken a lot of effort but I still would have done it if I knew... :hit
