Rhode Island Red hen or rooster?

I bought a Rhode Island Red and was told it was a pulley by farm and home when it was a chick. It is now about 4 months old but I'm not sure if it's truly a hen.

I live in city limits where roosters are not allowed.

Welcome to BYC! At four months old that is a pullet. :)

I am a CHRISTIAN

2 Corinthians 9:15

Thanks be unto God for His unspeakable gift.

1 rabbit, two dogs, three cats, 50+ (number goes up & down) free-range 'mutt' hens, roos, chicks, lots of fish (tilapia) and a Jersey cow and heifer calf! Have had quail in the past.

Thank you guys! I thought so but farm and home isn't always so sure! There's always small mistakes. I have three ameracanas and one breed unknown. Don't know the gender or ages on any of them.

What do you think about these? The little gray one is the one I have no idea what breed it is
