Pullets, Roos, or both! Welsummers

These are my two Welsummer chicks. They are between 4 and 5 weeks of age. Due to our residential zone we can only have pullets. I fear they are both Roos! They are the most friendly babies. Love to snuggle! Any help you have is much appreciated!

And this is chick #2 (4 pics). I noticed chick #2 has a dark outline on the V on its noggin and a more defined eyeliner. Also lighter chest, but I just don't know!
 
Number 1 is a roo and number two looks like it might be too. Watch the second one. If the chest feathers keep coming in salmon colored, it's a hen. If more black feathers show up, it too is a boy. You should know in another week.

I had my feelings about #1! Dang. I will keep my fingers crossed for #2. Definitely a lot of the lighter "salmon" color mixed in. Wont get my hopes up though. It's a bummer because they are seriously the sweetest little chicks. Love being held!
