Sick silkie. Worms? Or coccidia?

My silkie hen has been sick for a little over a month. Lost a lot of weight, constant diarrhea, weak, balance is really off, she stumbles and falls all the time. Her crop will also get really full feeling/looking and if you touch it, even very lightly, she starts spitting out clear liquid. She's about 2 years old. Someone said they thought it could be coccidia so today I started her on corid. But I'm wondering if she might have worms. Does this sound like a worm problem? Should I treat her for that as well as keep giving her corid? And what's a good treatment that can cover all the potential worms in one worming medication? Any advice is much appreciated!

With the clear liquid coming from her when you touch her, it sounds like sour crop.

Look here for information about that:

I would continue the Corrid as well in case that is also causing issues...or you might consider Sulmet which should treat for Coccidiosis and gram negative bacteria that might be lurking in sour crop.

My thoughts.

Ok, thank you! I'll look into sour crop and pick up some sulmet today and see if it helps. She's been a trooper through this. I've been trying for a month to get her better. I'm holding out hope she can pull out of this. She's a tough little chicken!
