Baby chick keeping one eye closed

I'm not a vet or even a chicken expert - I've only had chickens for 7 weeks now, but I had one chick that I thought didn't have an eye when we got it. (Looked to be about the same age as yours, give or take.) When I realized she DID have an eye and barely opened it (it looked similar to yours, but was super duper crusted over), I started cleaning with a cotton swab with saline solution 2-3 times a day, and applying neosporin when I finished cleaning it. I applied the neosporin to the cotton swab, then rubbed it on the outside of the closed eye. I didn't want to force the eye open or anything. Her eye healed up, but I think she either can't see out of the eye, or can't see well. She favors the other eye, but gets around just fine - walking, jumping up on roosts (though sometimes she falls off the low ones). She keeps it closed a lot of the time, but does have it open sometimes too. :) She ended up being our sweetest hen! (Again, please note this is just what I did, having basically no experience with chickens. I don't know if what I did was the right way or not, but it worked for us.)

Good luck!

Thank you guys for helping me. Her swelling went down but the eye isn't open yet and I just got some Neosporin so hopefully she'll feel better.
