Needing words of encouragement...

You'll have to soak her foot in a solution to loosen up the adhesive, but I have no idea what kind of solution. Then you'll have to very, very slowly remove the tape. You'll probably have to create your own post about this, you'll get better answers that way. But when you do get it off, DON'T use masking tape! Her skin will already be sensitive(if not a bit raw) and that will only irritate her skin and potentially cause an infection. If you must take care of her foot right now instead of waiting a couple days, use a bandaid, it's much less sticky and won't tear the skin.

Nothing comes to mind that you can soak it in.  The solutions that would dissolve the adhesive would not be good for its foot.  Depending on how far you want to go I would get what are called "flush cut" pliers.  Pretty common and you should be able to insert the end (it comes to a point) between the duct tape and her foot.  Not very far but if you keep clipping small amounts you should be able to eventually get the duct tape from being completely around her foot.  I would then trim the duct tape as best I could and just let it slough off.  They are a great tool to have for all sorts of cutting operations.
The only other way I can think of would be to use an exacto if you have the finesse.
Things like Goo Gone are probably the mildest of the adhesive solvents but the milder it is the longer it takes and it will have to penetrate between the pieces of duct tape.  Not like wiping off a label.

Alright, so you mean just trim off the excess and between her toes and what for her feet to grow to separate the tape? Correct me if I'm wrong please...

So you are saying trim it around and between her toes then let the suctape separate, or fall off as she grows and might get it dirty?

Alright, thank you to all who replied! I ended up using baby oil and a q-tip, and it worked like a charm. Ok, so I didn't do it, but a friend of mine did. I take no credit. But for anyone out there with the same problem...use baby oil to coax the tape apart. It takes about 15 minutes and is fairly easy. BUT if you are reading this and haven't put any tape on, DO NOT USE DUCT TAPE! Use masking tape. It's so much easier! Good luck on future endeavors! :)

Vet wrap should be a part of every one's first aid kit. Buy a couple rolls of sterile gauze and a pack of sterile squares and you got it covered. Vet wrap every bit as useful as duct tape, too. I use squares in my milk strainer as they are cheaper and totally biodegradable (one hundred percent cotton.) Available wherever horse supplies are sold. We constantly bark a knuckle or cut a finger and gauze/vet wrap keeps it covered securely but lets it breathe.:D

Good to know. Baby oil is mineral oil. Perhaps you working the Qtip at the interface between the skin and adhesive agitated it enough to break the bond.

As a note you mentioned using masking tape. If you are going to the blue tape might be a better type as it is designed not to pull paper off drywall. We use it a lot when conformally coating electronics because it doesn't leave a residue and comes off easy while stick reasonably.
