There may not be a name for this cross, but I figured I would ask. My Blue Laced Red hen and Gold Laced rooster made these beautiful babies! They look like truer BLR than their mother, who has more white than blue.
BLR hen and GL roo cross.. what to call this cross??

Momma is Splash Laced Red, not Blue. That's why she looks mostly "white."
Chick could be called Blue Laced Red (technically it's still red, just a heterozygote for the Mahogany gene instead of a homozygote) or Blue Laced Gold. Simply calling in Blue Laced Red would be the easiest and most correct - the only difference between a Golden Laced and a Blue Laced Red is the addition of the Blue gene and the Mahogany gene; they're otherwise very similar. Mahogany turns the gold to a darker shade of red and Blue turns the black to blue or splash.
