Bloody red Vent area, please help!!

My 8 week old Polsih has a bloody red vent(butt) area! I just saw it today. What is it? What can I do to help?

We had a chicken like that years ago and we had to put I down I'm not certain if it is the same thing her bum was swollen and infected. I would sewerage her from all the other chickens I case it spreads and watch her closely
 
Well yesterday I added my two 8 week polish in with my 3 bantam Cochin frizzles. Maybe they could have done it to her?!?! What should I do? I already removed her. She is pecking it a lot herself. Here are a few other pictures. She is only 8 weeks, she isn't of course at laying age so it couldn't be a prolapsed vent, correct?
