They look like Modern Game and I think you have two cockerels and a pullet.

Could they be welsummers or wyandotte
No, becasue the way the hold them selves up, their body shape, their combs, and their leg color is all wrong for Wyandottes or Welsummers. Not sure on their temperance since I haven't owned any.
