Duck eye issue

I have 4 hens and 3 ducks.  All female except one duck, turned out to be a male- he is 13 mos. old.

He chases a couple of the chickens ( the other 2 he was raised with) and was pulling on their feathers, etc...one chicken, my red Tanya ,fights back and now poor Sammy has a partially bald head and gunky eyes.

What do I do for his eyes?  He can see and I have rinsed them with saline.

I am going to have to keep him separated for now....I really wish he had been a female, but I love him.  He loves his 2 chickens, and the female ducks...but not the other 2, hens who fight him when he chases them.

It is like Poultry West Side story!

Any suggestions for his eye?

What color is the gunk? Any bleeding in the eye area?
