What are the approximate dimensions of an adult light brahma - height and length (stem to stern) ? I have only found very general descriptions, and mostly only weight information.
 
Trying to figure sizing in the coop. Distance of end of poop board from roost bars and also door height.
 
I think the average hen is 16-18 inches tall. Brahmas may be bigger. I made my pop door 12 inches wide and 18 inches tall. Doesn't need it quite so tall but I like them being able to go in without ducking. Why not just make the poop board go all the way to the wall? Roosts should be about 12 to 18 inches away from the wall so they don't hit it. Brahmas may be closer to 18 inches. This is all just average chicken stuff I've picked up from folks on here, don't necessarily need the specific measurements. It also may be more beneficial for you to ask the questions you did in your second post to begin with rather than specifically their measurements. Especially since each bird varies even within breed. :)
