What Breed?

He looks like a frizzled silkie which is called a Sizzle. As to what breed was used to introduce the frizzled gene I'm not sure. Hopefully someone else might have an idea.

Already got in trouble by city for having roosters.... Had around 7-8 and was in the process of getting rid of 6-7 of them with 2 loud dam polish roosters

and got a letter from city. This pretty guy was free and is very pretty.... So yea had to make something for him and made a little crowing collar. Hasn't really started crowing yet maybe 1 crow a day if im around to hear but keeps his noises down so hoping the same for his crow... Either way ima start looking to sell him. Very pretty and looks like a great breeder.
