I need help, my kids don't want to believe Mary is a rooster.the chicken is about 14 weeks old. What do you think?

Cockerel, others correct me if I'm wrong
No doubt that's a cockrel. All those pointy hackle and saddle feathers, and only boys get that red coloration on the shoulders. He'll start crowing any moment, if he hasn't already. It sounds very little like a crow at first, lol. More like he's trying to gargle something
Time to break the hard news. That's a Marty not a Mary.
