One of my ducklings is lumping? It doesn't appear to be broken. If I take her to the vet can they treat her?

They should be able to tell if it's broken or not .How old is your duckling and have you checked the leg out looked on the bottom of the foot and leg for swelling and heat. wounds? Or did the ducking get accidentally dropped they can get out of hands pretty fast.

I don't feel any heat. Check for cuts ect and don't see any. I think one of the others may have trampled her. She's 2 months.

I'd place the limping one and maybe one more in a separate area and give your lil one time to heal as long as she is running around it will take longer.

All that I have read say no something to do with what they put in it to make it flush free. Health food stores carry Nutritional yeast and brewers yeast or most likely whole foods or trader joes. call around . Probably they would carry the plain niacin too Amazon also has both. Please let us know how she is doing.

Flush free is a no go.

Niacin causes many humans to get red in the face, or flush, but a time release form limits that side effect. Hence no-flush or flush free formulas.

The problem that duck keepers have is that these slow release forms are too slow for a ducks digestive tract. That slow release formula is meant for a single dose to be released in a human over the course of several hours, but a duck is likely to ingest and pass the drug in less than 2.
