You might have to get one of those no-crow collars for him to help keep him quiet.

I didn't know they made these things but I found this bow tie for the no crow timthought it was cute. And what's it do choke them so they can't crow or how does it work?

Hes much quiter today! Yea! He still crow not as loud. I will monitor NoCrow collar so it is not to tight!
Glad it worked for you. If he can't crow loud, then maybe your neighbors won't complain.

I have talk to some of my neighbors and they dont mind. Will he crow more when he gets older he is 5 months?
