I live in Sacramanto; not in the CITY but just east of it. Like most big cities, one town runs into another. This is just an average suburban lot; I was told we could have 3 chickens but no roosters. Used to have big lot, all sorts of birds..I miss my chickens running around my garden. On the other hand...poop on the patio. And one more creature to keep out of the vegetables
