What gender and breed are my chickens? When will they start laying if hen?

If not a regular single comb maybe a Sicilian Buttercup as a possibility? She kinda of looks like those hens too.

It's a single comb for sure. Also she matches a lot of campine pics.the texture of her lower body is a bit different but that may be due to other influence and mix breeding.
when she was little(notice the strange pattern on her head, I have seen it in a lot of campine chicks pics on internet):
I got these chicks from a friend of mine who has like fifty parrots of different breeds. He gets them imported through a friend of his and he got me these chicks from him too. I had asked for a male and female and surprisingly they turned out to be. I think I will call them Rohan( cockerel) and Toph (pullet. get the name reference?)

Yes she definitely has a single comb. I think it is very possible that she could be a Campine mix. I don't know about full bred. She definitely looks like some type of game bird. Cute names!
