DK newbie how do you grind your oyster shells? I get ground up shells but they still have pieces too big for quail even chickens.
 
I used to do it by hand in a mortar, but it was too much work. Then I bought a cheap, small blender. It does the job pretty well. I use a strainer to get rid of the pieces that are too large. I'm not sure the blender will survive forever, but for now it works. I saw that someone on here uses some kind of manual grain mill or something.
