The nerve!  :gig

I'm not worried about any of this.  Just saying we'll have to work around some things when time comes to ship chicks.  ;)

And everyone can certainly understand that! smile.png

That about sums it up!  Chicks are due 11/07.  DH is having shoulder replacement on 11/14.  I'll be at the hospital that Monday & Tuesday.  Have to see how that goes if I'll even feel like shipping right after his surgery.  I prefer to wait until the AC chicks are a week old to ship, but could try to ship 11/08 or 11/09, or possibly 11/16, else shipping would be on 11/21.  Oh, and NPIP tester is coming out that same week, too, to do the semiannual AI testing.  I wasn't thinking about the surgery or NPIP testing when I set those eggs.

Definitely praying for husband and family. Quick recovery.

There is a fluffy little black baby in the incubator this morning and 2 of the remaining 3 eggs are pipped smile.png I heard the little one bowling in there earlier and with all the noise, I thought there were two but there's just one so far. We have an errand to run this morning so homely, there's another one when we get back. I have my brooder, well, in position anyway. I need to wipe it down, throw a towel in it and get the heat on lol. It's going to be a today different one than I usualy user. My BIL just sold his two bearded dragons and gave me his old terrarium that they were in. It has a screened top and doors that open up completely on the front. I think it'll work perfect for chicks smile.png

nice! Two out here and two more pips, plus lots of peeping from the eggs. Already got my brooder going as I have my ameraucana chicks in it.

Sorry about missing out on the game date, I was definitely interested in being there, I haven't been getting my usual site updates in my mail to remind me sad.png I gotta check my junk mail. Been nursing chicks and dealing with life... Thanks everyone who hosts or offers something to win. Appreciate it! <3
I'm still figuring out this chicken stuff, but loving almost every minute of it 😎👍
