I have been telling everybody he's a Serama bantam, but now I'm starting to think he's a Black breasted Old English game bantam. He showed up randomly from my neighbors one day and they didn't want him, so I kept him and they didn't tell me what breed he was. The one I'm confused about is his white earlobes. Here's a picture of a (dubbed and cropped) Black breasted OEGB:

Thanks in advance!

I've never seen a sedans in person but I have old English bantams (black breasted red) and they don't have the white ear lobe so I don't think that's what he is. He's very handsome!
Here's a close up of one of mine for comparison

Sorry, I thought the pic that Chickcrack posted was your bird. He has the most unusual single comb I think I've ever seen, very cool looking. But your bird is still not a serama

The pic that I posted isof my house roo "Happy" he is an OEGB and I know that because I hatched him from these two (who are also my birds)

They are Black Breasted Red OEGB
Happy (with the weird comb) hatched with wry neck and probably some other genetic issues and was on vitamins and meds for a long time...Not sure if that's what caused his weird comb or not.

What you have is a Brown Red Dutch Bantam

Notice the lack of brown in the wing bay (secondary feathers) and his leg color. White earlobes is a clear sign that he is dutch or at least a dutch cross.
