My new gals and roo. He's a 5 month old americauna roo, so far he's submissive to me and very kind and protective of these gals and what I think is another roo. I hope he stays that way! I have stayed kind and I just don't let him mount when I'm near. It seems to have helped us establish a good working relationship. They are out of quarantine now! These girls and the maybe roo all seem to be pretty sweet and love their main man. Any one have any idea of what might be crossed in them? I know silkie in a few, bantams for 2 and americauna I think... Does anyone else have fun crosses that they love? I want to see everyone's pretty mixed hens and roo! Any other ideas to keep rambo the rooster as awesome as he is now? The integration with the main flock was a trip! That tiny bantam x is scrappy and can really hold her own! I was very surprised! I'd love to hear fun flock integration stories too!!
