Plant identification help please

Ok, long story short, last fall I went into the hospital for emergency surgery which ended up giving me complications till after January this year. We had made a new flower bed in the front yard, like an island type deal. Anyway, I had some flowers and plants that hadn't made it into the bed yet. So, while I was in the hospital, Bf's son planted what was left in pots in that bed. This spring, it grew up weeds galore and got way ahead of me. To the point where it was easier to dig up the plants, mow it and start over instead of trying to pull the weeds. ( I know, I said this was the short version. I lied. tongue2.gif lol )

So I found this and I have NO clue what it is. I tried using my plant ID app on my phone, it told me it was Cannabis sativa.. lau.gif So, I thought I'd post pictures here and see what you all think. Also gonna post a couple pics of the new and improved flower bed, minus the flowers I have yet to put back.

I thought that kind of too! But I wouldn't have had a tomato plant waiting to go in the flower bed. After looking at it, I thought it was just a weed. But bf said when he dug it up it was planted in potting soil, so, not a weed.

Wouldn't a tomato be budding little flowers by now?

It depends. Ours are not flowering yet, but they are starting to fall over so we need to stake them this week. That really looks like a tomato plant to me lol. Like I said a tomato plant has a specific smell to it. If you ever smelled one before you could almost instantly recognize it by crushing a leaf between your fingers.

I'd suggest using a dichotomous plant identification tool. This link should help
