If that's truly the size, that is very, very large for day 3. I wouldn't want to see anything like that until lockdown on unshipped eggs. Here's a handy chart that shows what size the air cell should be at each stage of development.
As you can see at this stage it should just be covering the top of the egg.
With shipped eggs this isn't uncommon. I'd just watch them and make sure they don't get too much larger over incubation. Maybe run the humidity at 40-50% and see how they do.Edited by Pyxis - 6/20/16 at 5:31pm
