I marked where the air sack is with a pencil, is that where the air sack should be? Or I need to increase/decrease humidity?

:welcome! That's not where the air cell should be; it should be at the top of the egg. Can you draw a circle around the whole air cell or take a picture while candling? Are these shipped eggs and could the air cell be displaced?

They are shipped eggs. Did the pic show up? I hope our not displaced :/

It looks pretty low down the side for an egg on day five which is why I asked. Could you perhaps do an outline around the whole thing so we can see where it is and how large it is? In the picture I can only see a small mark indicating that it's down low on the side of the eggs.

If it is somehow displaced, don't panic, it can still hatch that way, you'll just want to set it a certain way at lockdown :)

Well I'm glad to hear it can move back! First time incubating eggs, it's a little nerve racking haha

If that's truly the size, that is very, very large for day 3. I wouldn't want to see anything like that until lockdown on unshipped eggs. Here's a handy chart that shows what size the air cell should be at each stage of development.

As you can see at this stage it should just be covering the top of the egg.

With shipped eggs this isn't uncommon. I'd just watch them and make sure they don't get too much larger over incubation. Maybe run the humidity at 40-50% and see how they do.

I'd keep it where you have it and see what happens - just keep an eye on it. Shipped eggs can be tricky.
