Last night when I was securing the coop for the night, I notices that one of my pullets' head was huge. She is a Black Copper Maran named Lulu.  I waited until morning to evaluate her. When I picked her up she felt like a water balloon throughout. I also noticed a little red scratch possible wound on her head. I have washed her head and put antibiotic ointment on the wound, She is just so swollen :( And it came on so sudden. She is still eating, drinking and moving around the run. Thank you.
