Polish roo or hen?

Someone just dumped these two in my front pen today. I'm unfamiliar with the Polish breed but assuming this is a Polish Rooster? He's much smaller than my rooster (copper Maran mix) so I'm assuming he's young or is the breed just small? Thanks for any help. I want to be accurate when I post them [IMG]in our neighborhood lost and found.

Yep, that's a young Golden Laced Polish cockerel. I'd guess somewhere in the neighborhood of four months.

Shame people won't deal with their own problems instead of leaving them with someone else.
