My hen had 12 eggs she was sitting on, one was busted and I figured it was an accident, so everything was fine until a couple days ago, something had gotten some of the eggs and only 8 left. I brought them in and put them in the incubator, they are in the process of hatching, one hatched, 2 pipped, one rolling around. How do I introduce them back to momma hen?

Is she still broody and sitting on eggs ? If so, you can try slipping the babies under her at night. If you introduce them during the day it probably won't work
You should do it as soon as possible because not only does the hen need to accept the chicks, but they need to accept her, too.

No she isn't sitting on eggs, she went back and sat after I pulled them but she isn't now. :( I was hoping she would keep going over so I could put them under her. So how do I go about introducing them after they are bigger? I have a one month old now that I hatched before she decided to be broody.

If she isn't broody she probably won't accept them, and they won't accept her either so then you would have to raise them.
