It really depends on age - cockerels seem to get reddened combs early - they looks like pullets to me in your photos. But again how old are they?? You can also post at "what breed or gender is this."

Hi welcome-byc.gif

Glad you could join the flock! They all look like pullets to me big_smile.png Most likely a hybrid laying hen, for example ISA brown or similar. Please do pop by the what breed gender section for further advice ~ http://www.backyardchickens.com/f/15/what-breed-or-gender-is-this

Wishing you the very best of luck and enjoy BYC frow.gif

Welcome to BYC! I'm glad you joined us! :)

If you haven't noticed yet, I am the king of typos.

When I post in the "What Breed Or Gender Is This" section, I do not name hatchery/peoples' hybrids by a "breed" name (for example, Oliver Egger)--they are either a purebred or a mixed breed.
