Anyone know New Mexico laws about selling eggs?

It looks like I'm going to have some extra eggs for the first time this spring and I'm wondering how to make the most of them.

Does anyone know about New Mexico state regulations or local ordinances?

I'm in NM, but don't have an answer for you. I do think that someone at the Bernalillo Co. Extension Office should be able to help you. They have a lot of info there.
