Need suggestions on keeping hens from perching on door

My hens are hopping from their ramp into the automatic door, to top of coop and then on to the 6 foot wooden privacy fence. So far I have lured them down before they go over but I can't watch them 24-7.
I was thinking if there were some way to keep them from perching on top of the door that would stop the progression to over the fence. Does anyone have suggestions?
I have already clipped one wing but they are young birds and light enough to still flutter pretty high.

I had an issue with chickens perching in the doorway to the roost that I solved by cutting a large V into the 2x4 they were perching on. I imagine that if you made the door hard to perch on either by making it too uneven or putting something uncomfortable on it(brambles or pigeon spikes) they wouldn't go up there.

A lot of my fencing is low enough for a chicken to jump onto, but is overgrown with vines that don't give them a spot to land or perch on. I've seen them looking, but after a while they give up. I haven't had a single one escape over the fence yet.
