Looks like an American Game bantam. They're a little bigger than the Old English game.
Where are you located? Where did the bird come from?
He's got a pretty hefty look to him. That, with those dark legs, make me think maybe mixed breed.
Is he bantam or large?
x 2 I would like to know that also - without something for scale in the picture, it's very hard to judge size
If he's a bantam, I think he's a Dutch with those short legs...

Definitely not a Dutch. The Dutch have white earlobes and this also is not a traditional light brown Dutch color. I still think based on the size, probably an American Game bantam (BB Red color).

Depending on where you are from maybe a red jungle fowl but I'm pretty sure that it is an AGB
It's a chicken that has a fair amount of the wild red junglefowl genes. If there is a breed for it, it would be a red junglefowl breed (like the ones from Cackle hatchery or Ideal Poultry) - but do not represent it for the actual species. An analogy for your bird would be a Siberian husky compared to an actual wolf. The husky looks like a wolf, but not a wolf.
