I had some coyotes come on my property between 10:30 am and noon and killed all but one of my guineas.. Will the lone survivor be okay(long term) with chickens or do I need to find a home with other guineas? I just want to do what is best for her. TIA

I was hopeing that someone else with more experience would help you but I will try. I have always heard they do better in a flock of their own kind. I'm sorry for your losses that is so sad.

I'm very sorry for your loss. The same thing happened to us a few weeks ago. I would have kept her, she would have been fine with the chickens. Our survivor was a broody turkey hen, her eggs are set to hatch any day now and the next batch of hatching eggs should be arriving in two weeks. I'm tempted to get more keets too, but going about it in steps as to not overwhelm myself.

She's been doing great on her own, but I think it helps that she's been broody.

So, if it's not too late to get your guinea back, I'd bring her back home, at least she was familiar with your chickens.
