I have 4 hens all about 19 weeks old. 1 of the columbian rock cross started laying about 10 days ago and i was getting one egg a day. Now the last 2 days she has stopped. I have checked around in the coop and the run but no egg. Is this normal that they stop for a few days? She is acting fine. Should i be worried or checking for something else? Thank you

Every hen needs a day (or two) of rest now and again. If it's hot where you are that could be why as well. Chickens slow down laying in the heat.

She isn't laying daily because she just started. She can go up to a month without laying now (once) and then her system will be worked out, and she will lay almost daily again. Or, more typical, she will just go about a week.
My Columbian Rock cross laid at 16 weeks to the day. She was a great hen.
 
She has started laying again and now my Plymouth rock has started laying. Thank you for the info i wont be as worried about them if they start and stop.
