Stubborn chicks

Ithink ventilation is ok ...might be a crowding problem but not sure cause they all huddle on each other outside of the run or out of the run when freed. Hard to say? I have had them since they were chicks and they got moved out in their coop about a month ago. I changed out their perched and they seemed more curious about it but I still had to shove them in there tonight.
