any advice on lockdown?

Heeeey,
So I've just been looking at my ducklings webs and wondered if you guys could help me...
Two of them have these on the bottom of each foot!! Is it bumble foot?
They are kept in a clean environment so I'm not sure how they've picked it up if it is and how would I go about treating it

I also have one quacker today!
I use horse bedding it's shaving but not as fine as some shaving out there. easy to scoop out poop too. as for their feet I would wash in some warm epsom salt water or soak their feet in some [no drinking the ES water though it's also a laxative] then put some kind of antibiotic ointment on them it's not bumble but any kind of sore or cut can turn into bumble so getting it early is key. Make sure antibiotic ointment doesn't have pain relief in it. How about so full body pics so we can see how big they are.

@Miss Lydia thank you!!! What is Epsom salt? I still have some iodine could I use that? The first one to quack is actually the first one that hatched!! Sure, here are some from today....

What precious ducklings Beautiful colors too.

Epsom Salt is Magnesium sulfate and is used by us water fowl and poultry family for soaking injuries and for swelling can also be used to rid toxins from one of our birds if they get into something toxic. I use it pretty strong for soaking, It is also used as a laxative so we always say don't let them drink the ES water. I use a small bucket to soak and add about 1/4 to 1/2 cup of Epsom Salt to 1 gallon of warm water and put the duck down into it feet first and hold them for at least 5 mins then you dry off their feet and put on the ointment.

Don't you love your Runners. I love mine to pieces and enjoy all their antics.

Thank you! I do love them, they are each so different too!!

I have this is the bathroom... Could I use it whilst waiting to get the Epsom salt?
Yes salt is healing so that is a good one. wait on getting ES if you see marked improvement using this salt. Keep us updated on those lil webs..
